Laboratory space to house the research computer lab for algorithm development and test is located in the BSU College of Engineering Signal Processing Lab in the Micron Engineering Center.
The Signal Processing Research Lab contains 8 Windows NT based workstations. The Windows machines are high performance, multiprocessor networked machines connected to high performance, multiprocessor HP-UX and LINUX machines, and to a networked printer and scanner, storage and file servers. The lab also has access to the College’s Cluster. The Windows machines are equipped with Hummingbird Exceed to seamlessly work on both Windows and Unix platforms from the same console. Research licenses for MATLAB are accessible to this lab.
