Welcome to the College of Engineering’s website for K-12 students, parents and educators. Each year, Boise State’s College of Engineering sponsors or participates in a wide variety of engineering, science, and math outreach events for students in grades K-12.
In 2006-2007, more than 13,000 students and adults participated in everything from hands-on activities like Future City to very special events like the MythBusters presentation in February as part of our annual celebration of National Engineers Week.
The goal for these outreach events is to introduce students to engineering in a fun and creative way. We have also provided cool activities, lesson plans and links to tons of creative sites.
