Ph.D. Graduate Assistantship in Tissue Engineering
Undergraduate Research Assistants
The Advanced Nanomaterials and Manufacturing Laboratory is seeking two undergraduate research assistants to conduct research in 2-dimensional materials for optoelectronics and wearable sensors. Interested students should have a background in MSE, ECE, MBE, PHYS, CHEM or a related STEM field. If you’re interested, or would like additional information, please send Dr. David Estrada an email that includes your CV or resume (firstname.lastname@example.org). U.S. military veterans are highly encouraged to apply.
Undergraduate students interested in research to strengthen their graduate school applications should contact a potential graduate mentor about joining their project. Undergraduate researchers are encouraged to secure their own funding through work-study, research experiences for undergraduate students, the McNair Scholars program, the LSAMP program, or use independent study credits to perform research.
Currently enrolled MSE and ECE students may inquire about independent study credit.
Potential M.S. and Ph.D. students should email a current C.V. to Dr. David Estrada (MSE Program) or to Dr. Harish Subbaraman (ECE Program) and identify several fellowship programs they intend to apply for.
Post-doctoral researchers should email a current C.V. to Dr. David Estrada (MSE Program) or to Dr. Harish Subbaraman (ECE Program) and identify several fellowship programs they intend to apply for.
