Dave Schenker

Dave was quickly (and quietly) ushered into the KRG at the dawn of Summer, 2008. This was due to the fact that he had spent at least a decade building things in his, and others, garages. This experience, and the intrinsic knowledge of how things work that it is accompanied by, have been an invaluable asset to the research teams he has been involved with. Initially, his talent was put to use on the NanoFabrication Team. From there he moved onto Scanning Probe Microscopy (using both AFM and MFM). This technology is being used to characterize magnetic shape memory alloys.
