Jason joined the Knowlton Group in Spring 2006. His work focuses on process development for fabricating micron/submicron structures, especially electrical test structures. Techniques commonly implemented in the fabrication of these structures include both electron beam lithography and photolithography. Fabricated structures are used in a variety of projects.
