Our device characterization lab consists of two Keithley characterization systems, an Agilent system, and variable temperature probing capabilities.

The scanning probe microscopy lab has AFM, EFM, MFM capabilities and more.

Recently established with the Biology department.

The sputterer is an in-house built system that uses a magnetic field to lay very thin films of material onto a surface.
