Scholarships/Financial Aid and Internships


The Construction Management Department has many endowed scholarships that are awarded annually to Construction Management majors based on service, GPA and need. For the upcoming 2016-2017 academic year, over $38,000 in scholarships have been awarded to 28 CM majors. Construction Management students are also eligible for a number of scholarships that are offered by industry trade associations, including the Associated General Contractors, the National Association for Women in Construction, and the Construction Management Association of America, and John William Jackson Fund. NAWIC Scholarships

The following Scholarships are for ANY person either in an undergrad program or trade program for construction…not just women.

  • Applicant must be currently enrolled in a construction-related degree program, must have at least one term remaining in a course of study leading to a degree or an associate degree in a construction-related field.
  • High school seniors are not eligible.
  • Applicant must desire a career in a construction-related field.
  • Applicant must be enrolled full-time; part-time students are not eligible for awards.
  • Applicant must have a current cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher to be considered for awards.
  • NAWIC members and their immediate families are not eligible for these scholarships.
  • Student must either be an Idaho resident OR enrolled in a school located in the state of Idaho
