Vidya Nandikolla, PhD

Dr. Nandikolla earned her doctorate in Engineering and Applied Sciences specializing in Biomedical Engineering from Idaho State University in 2005.  She graduated with Masters in Electro-Mechanical system majoring in Instrumentation and Control Engineering (2001), Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (1998).  She is currently working on uniquely defined systems in the field of Biomedicine, and applying hybrid concepts of conventional and intelligent optimization techniques especially geared towards diabetes.

Other than her academic research she also has her own consulting company ‘Syna Intelligence’, where she has developed real time image recognition/manipulation algorithm, which is currently being used by one of the leading online healthcare management portal.
