Dr. Tim Andersen received his Ph.D. in Computer Science in 1999 from Brigham Young University. In September 2001, Dr. Andersen joined the faculty in the Computer Science Department at Boise State. From 1999 to 2001 he worked as the Chief Scientist of IArchives, where he worked on proprietary OCR and image processing algorithms. prior to that he also worked as a software engineer for Novel and did some computer programming for Roberts-Slade Inc.
