Dr. Yonnie Chyung received her Doctor of Education degree in Instructional Technology from Texas Tech University. She received a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction, with a specialization in Computer-based Education, from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, IL.

She joined the Department of Instructional & Performance Technology at Boise State University as adjunct faculty in 1996 and has been a full-time faculty member since 1999.
