Linda Huglin received a Ph.D. in Education from the University of Idaho in 2003. In addition, she has a Master's Degree in Instructional and Performance Technology from Boise State University as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Pacific University in Oregon. She also holds an Idaho Education Credential in Chemistry, Physical Science, and Special Education.
