Peer evaluation of team member’s contributions to the
project planning document for IPT529

This evaluation accounts for 5 points on the planning document grade for the person being evaluated.

Each team member will evaluate his or her partner's contributions to the planning document. Comments included in peer evaluations will be held confidential (only known by the writer and the instructor). Peer evaluations will not be used for any other assessment of a student.

This form must be submitted for each member of the team.  However, do not evaluate your own performance.

If you are unable to use this form to send me your evaluation, please prepare an "answer sheet" displaying your evaluations, and E-mail it to me at dwiniecki@boisestate.edu.  Do not fax the evaluation to me unless I have given you special permission to do so.
