Work in Engineering
Antonio has done a great deal of engineering work for Boise State University in the past few years. From September of 2005 to May of 2006, he worked as a lab assistant and grader for a Digital Systems course. In this position, he taught students the basics of digital logic design using XILINX software and FPGA as well as how to create digital designs using schematic capture and VHDL programming language. From May of 2006 to August of 2007 he served as a research assistant for collaboration between Boise State University and American Semiconductor, Inc.
Research
Antonio is currently focusing his research efforts on semiconductors and related components, including novel non-volatile memories, radiation-hardened electronics and memory, and physical device modeling.

Organizations and Hobbies
Antonio belongs to the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) as well as the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE). In his spare time, he enjoys basketball, poker, and video games.
