Research
- My primary research interest lies in leveraging expertise in ways that improve organizational performance. Other interests include:
- Employer expectations of entry-level instructional designers.
- Emerging trends in instructional and performance technology.
- Workplace learning and job support for knowledge workers.
- Cognitively-based task analysis, instruction, assessment, and evaluation.
- Rapid application development, scrum, and emerging project management methods.
- To identify and leverage sources of expertise in virtual teaming, I am currently partnering with colleagues to:
- conduct a Delphi study to investigate virtual teaming in workplace learning and performance improvement settings.
- create a software application allowing searches within and between the contents of video files in an online collection.
