Quincy Conley

Prior to joining the OPWL department, Quincy has worked as a dedicated instructional designer, courseware developer, and project manager for over 12 years. His primary functions have been to decide what combination of appropriate instructional design techniques to use to create instructional materials to fulfill organizational goals. Quincy’s expertise lies in designing curriculum for delivery using simulation training, web-based instruction, and e-learning. His professional philosophy is to responsibly develop instructional materials consistent with sound educational principles. He has honed his craft while working in industries such as health care, financial, engineering, technology, and sales.

Some of Quincy’s most recent accomplishments include fulfilling the role of instructional designer and developer on the Brainbook: Keep Your Head in the Game e-learning project sponsored by the Barrow Neurological Institute. Quincy is also an active contributor to the ANGLE (Advancing Next Generation Learning Environments) lab, where he applies his skills to leverage existing e-learning and other instructional tools and software to create innovative, interactive learning experiences such as the ASTD CPLP Certification Workshop. Also, Quincy previously facilitated the ASTD CPLP study preparation seminar to esteemed audiences such as Booze Allen Hamilton and the Phoenix ASTD chapter.
