Mike Montoya
Mr. Montoya is a licensed professional engineer and general contractor with over 20-years of experience in the design and construction industry. His experience includes all phases of building projects ranging from civil works to large scale commercial projects.

Mike holds a MS degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Stanford University and a BS degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cal Poly University.

As a clinical faculty member in the Construction Management Department at Boise State University; Mike spends his time both in the classroom and managing the University’s large scale building projects. Mike effectively brings real world experience into the classroom.

Mr. Montoya’s areas of focus include construction law; high-performance buildings and the use of technology, such as Building Information Modeling, to maximize productivity and efficiency.
