Soo Jeoung "Crystal" Han

Soo Jeoung "Crystal" Han holds a Ph.D. in Educational Administration & Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University. She earned her B.A. in English Education from Korea University in South Korea. Crystal has greatly enjoyed teaching large and small groups in universities and professional organizations in both the U.S. and Korea for over 10 years. She has worked with students in K–12, university and government settings as well as with various companies such as Google Korea.

Her research interests include virtual team building, cross-cultural diversity, executive leadership, and shared leadership development. She has published several articles and book chapters on multinational virtual teams, and team leadership. She has published articles in journals, such as Small Group Research, Human Resource Development Review, Human Resource Development Quarterly, European Journal of Training and Development, and Team Performance Management: An International Journal.

The primary mission of the Team Mindset Lab is to conduct high-quality research in the field of team development and performance to bridge the gap between research and practice. We aim to support organizations to practice effective team skills in hopes of improving their performance.
