The Frary Research Group, in the MSE Department at Boise State University, studies the microstructure-properties relationship in metals and alloys using both experimental and computational tools. 

 

FRARY GROUP NEWS:

Three of our undergraduates graduated recently!  Pat Andersen is now working at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Mariela Bentancur is now a Materials Engineer at Idaho National Laboratory, and Wade Lanning will be pursuing a Ph.D. in Materials Science at Penn State University. 

 

Matt Luke was awarded a NRC Nuclear Materials Fellowship for the 2008-09 school year.  Matt is one of two recipients of the fellowship at Boise State.
