The Department of Instructional & Performance Technology (IPT) offers a Master of Science (MS) degree in IPT on campus and online. The IPT MS degree is intended to prepare students for careers in the areas of instructional technology, performance technology, instructional design, performance improvement, training, education and training management, e-learning, human resources, organizational development, and human performance consulting.
