Short-term study abroad for Boise State students

Now enrolling winter & spring break

Alumnus Tim Phero and his GREEN Program cohort in Iceland

The GREEN Program offers accredited, 8-10 day programs on our world’s most pressing issues in sustainable development. The programs are open to students of all majors and disciplines and are a great way to maximize your winter or spring break. GREEN programs are approved through the study abroad office at Boise State University and interested students should also begin an application with their study abroad team in addition to applying directly to GREEN Program. Their sustainability-focused topics make the programs particularly attractive to STEM students who may not have a full semester to study abroad. They have hosted quite a few Boise State students, including a recent ME alumnus.

It is free to apply and their enrollment team will get back to you within 24-48 hours. Programs fill on a first come first serve basis so we recommend applying as soon as possible. If you have questions about their programs please email amanda@thegreenprogram.com.
