Welcome to the Engineering Economy (ENGR 360) Web page. The course content is listed under Syllabus.  The material to be covered during any given week will be listed under Topic.  Generally, there will be one topic per week.  There may be sub-topics under any topic.  Every time you log in to the site please read the pages under Topic that you haven't already read.  The main course material for this course will be listed under Topic and the Topic section of the Web site will grow as we advance through the Semester.

As you can see there are separate pages for assignments, tests, and grading policy.

Grades will be regularly posted under Grades.

Please take a minute and send me an e-mail at mkhanal@boisestate.edu, if you haven't already done so. When I need to communicate with you individually I will do so via e-mail.  I will also assign a unique code for each of you; your grades will be posted using that code.

Your active participation in discussions related to this class is encouraged and expected.  You are encouraged to post your comments or questions on the discussion board, which is available at: http://discuss.boisestate.edu:8081/~engr360

You will have to take the tests and the final exam at a proctored center.   The duration of the tests/exam will be specified later, and it will be open-book, open-notes.   If you live in the Boise area and can come to the campus, you will take the tests/exam in a classroom at the Boise State Campus.   The weeks during which the tests/exam will be administered are listed in the schedule.  Exact dates for the testing will be fixed later.

Out-of-town students  will have to find a proctored testing center in their area and prearrange with the center for the testing.  The cost of postage to mail the tests to the out-of-town testing centers and back will be borne by us.  You are responsible for any fees that the testing center may charge you to use their facilities.  If you use the classroom at BSU, there will be no charge to you.

If you plan on not using the classroom at BSU, please provide me with the name and address of the testing center and the contact person of the center that you plan to use.
