Communications & Media

The communications and outreach program at the College of Engineering started in 2004. Since then, the communications office has worked with departments and units to share best practices for strategic marketing, communications and outreach. Each year, the COEN Communications & Outreach office produces hundreds of print and electronic publications that showcase our programs, resources, achievements, and public outreach events (more than 10,000 attendees per year). A strong “culture of communications” now exists in the College, one that allows us to meet growing demand for communications services with a distributed approach to executing communications projects. Communications and outreach projects are completed in close collaboration with COEN’s departments, labs and units.
