 Registration:

You can  download and submit a hardcopy of the registration form.

  1. Download  the MSWord  version of the registration form and print out a hardcopy.
  2. Fill out the information required for each student.
  3. Send the registration along with the corresponding dollar amount (lunch money) to the address specified at the bottom of the form.

Important!   Registration and payments are due no later than Thursday February 14, 2008.  Due to deadlines imposed by the print shop and the food service, this date will not be extended.
