Students are responsible for getting their own Senior Design posters copy ready and printed.
This will also apply to the Undergraduate Research posters. The Undergraduate Research Conference is April 15th, 2013. Application submission deadline is February 25, 2013. Information and Application can be found here
Students that would like feedback or guidance on design and layout may contact Michele Armstrong via email at marmstro@boisestate.edu to schedule a consultation.
There will also be some changes in judging this year, so stay tuned.
Senior Design Set Up and Schedule: Hours for the showcase are 3 to 6 p.m. on the 1st and 2nd floors of the ET building. The Communications Office will provide easels for all participants which will be available for students to pick up in ET 101. All posters should be set up no later than 2:00 p.m. on May 2. Departments will be assigned to one of the two floors, depending on the number of students who are participating from each department. Please remind students to not remove any posters before 6 p.m.
Judging: Judging will be a little different this year, so stay tuned.
Closing: At 6 p.m. all senior design posters can be returned to the department offices, except for the 2 winning posters from each department which will be taken to the Communications Office for future display in the engineering buildings. Students should put the easels back in ET 101 when they remove their posters following the judging.
